Exact Fit boat covers aren't for everyone. Not every boat owner worries about getting the best cover and protection for his/her boat. Some just want the easy purchase - whatever cover they can grab in a retail store with a fit as "custom" as size A, B, C and D.  But that boat cover is not for you!

How Exact is Exact Fit?
For the discerning boat owner, our patterns represent boat covers from over 175 manufacturers representing over 4500 boat models from 1975 to 2009.  Exact Fit Boat Covers are made to uniquely address variances from model to model and year to year. A change big or small to a boat means a new pattern and a new cover, not a generic alphabet soup of 4 choices for every boat. A boat cover, when made exactly for your boat protects it better, doesn't flap in the wind and damage the boat's gelcoat, and is less likely to leak which limits water and mildew damage.

Skilled pattern experts are constantly on the road visiting boat manufacturers and dealers to pattern the latest boat models for covers. The patterns they collect are digitized in a CAD program by experienced engineers who have been working with boat covers for a combined 40 years.

Each pattern is computerized and electronically cut for precise replication during the manufacturing process.

Strap Kit and Draw Rope
The industry's easiest and most reliable strapping system attaches directly to the trailer or lift frame. The strap webbing passes easily through the sewn in D-Ring and distributes the load evenly, thereby extending the life of the strap system and keeping the boat cover secure.

Double sewn in loops are strategically placed to give the best tie down locations with the included strap kit.
An unbreakable polyester rope is encased in the hem around the perimeter of the cover to tighten cover around hull.

On top of the great fit, the boat cover will stand up to the harsh elements of summers and winters and all the sun, rain and snow in-between. Our 3 to 5 Year Warranty backs this up.
